    • Research focusthe pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), peripheral biomarkers, and clinical therapeutic interventions
    • He has published more than 740 scientific papers, which have been cited over 40,000 times, and has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher globally for five consecutive years. Among his publications, more than 335 SCI-indexed articles have appeared in leading international journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), the Lancet, and the BMJ.
    • Professor Jia has led and participated in more than 30 national and provincial research projects and has contributed to the development of 31 clinical guidelines, including the first national dementia guideline in China.
    • He has served as Editor-in-Chief of the 6th, 7th, and 8th editions of the nationally standardized Chinese textbook of Neurology, which has been adopted by 168 medical schools and universities across China.
    • He has led 33 high-level clinical trials of anti-dementia therapies sponsored by leading domestic and international pharmaceutical companies.
    • His contributions have been recognized with numerous prestigious honors, including the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, and the National Innovation Award.

    Jiangfan Chen, Professor at the School of Ophthalmology and Optometry, Wenzhou Medical University, and a recipient of China’s National High-Level Overseas Talent Program. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School (2000) and later as a Professor at Boston University School of Medicine (2010).

    Professor Chen has devoted his career to the study of adenosine receptor molecular pharmacology. He made key contributions to establishing adenosine A2A receptor antagonism as a novel therapeutic strategy for Parkinson’s disease and served as a scientific advisor in the clinical development of A2A receptor antagonists for more than 20 years. In September 2019, the related therapeutic agent received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

    Since 2016, as a principal investigator in the National Key Laboratory of Vision Health, he has focused on eye-brain interactions. His research encompasses the construction of single-cell-resolution eye-to-whole-brain connectomes, investigation of how light stimulation modulates brain function, and the development of retina-based diagnostic technologies for neurological disorders. His work has been supported by multiple major funding programs, including the Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (2016, 2024), the Research Fund for International Senior Scientists, the Original Exploration Program, and the national Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence Program.

    Professor Chen has published more than 280 peer-reviewed papers, including articles in Nature Medicine and Cell Research. His work has been cited more than 23,000 times, with an H-index of 84. He has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher in China (Clinical Medicine) for five consecutive years and was included in the 2024 Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists List (Career-long Impact Ranking).

    Dr Xiang Gao is the Distinguished Professor, Inaugural Dean of Institute of Nutrition, Executive Director of Clinical Research Institute, Fudan University. He is also the Formerly, he was Assistant Professor (2010-2014) at Harvard Medical School, and Associate Professor(2014-2020) and Full Professor (2020-2022) at the Penn State University. He was also the Schreyer Distinguished Honors Faculty at the Penn State University. 

    His research interests include nutrition, neurological diseases, and aging. He has published more than 400 articles in peer-reviewed journals and served on committees of UNESCO and FAO. He has served as PI for several NIH R01/R21/R03 grants since 2009.

    Dr. Gao won several international awards for his research, such as the Wayne A. Hening Sleep Medicine Investigator Award from the American Academy of Neurology (2011), the Samuel Fomon Young Physician Investigator Award from American Society for Nutrition(2015), and the Distinguished Achievement Alumni Award from Tufts University (2024). He was selected into the Tufts Honorable Alumni Registry in 2015.   

    Dr. Gao graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine (MD), Peking Union Medical College (MS in Epidemiology) and Tufts University (PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology).

    Andrea Maier is Oon Chiew Seng Professor in Medicine, NUS Academy of Healthy Longevity, National University of Singapore and Professor of Gerontology, Human Movement Sciences VU Amsterdam after serving from 2016 to early 2021 as Divisional Director at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia, and as Professor of Medicine and Aged Care at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She graduated in Medicine from the University of Lübeck, Germany, was registered 2009 in The Netherlands as Specialist in Internal Medicine-Geriatrics and was appointed Full Professor of Gerontology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (The Netherlands) in 2013. Andrea B. Maier is an authority in geroscience and precision geromedicine with more than 500 peer reviewed publications (H index 92, i10 index 382). She is invited member and advisor of international academic and health policy committees and funding agencies, including the World Health Organization evaluating the United Nations Decade of Healthy Ageing and Hevolution. She is the past Founding President of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society and serves as selected Member of The Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities, Fellow of the Atria Academy of Science and Medicine, and Board of the Academy for Health and Lifespan Research. In 2023, she co-founded the NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity to conduct, teach and disseminate Geroscience and Precision Geromedicine. To bring highest evidence-based Precision Geromedicine to clinical practice, she founded Chi Longevity - Asias first evidence based Precision Geromedicine clinics – in 2022 and established Maier’s Longevity in 2024 in The Netherlands.

    Dr. Li’s research primarily focuses on the epidemiology and prevention of cardiovascular disease and aging-related chronic diseases through lifestyle and nutrition, and on integrating cutting-edge omics technologies to elucidate how risk factors/interventions influence cardiometabolic health and the aging process. Dr. Li has led several projects to understand the interplay among dietary supplements, biological aging, and long-term chronic diseases across several large-scale primary prevention trials, including the Physicians’ Health Study (PHS), the COcoa Supplement and Multivitamin Outcomes Study (COSMOS), and the VITamin D and OmegA-3 TriaL (VITAL). Dr. Li is also specialized in the design, methodology, and conduct of epidemiologic studies and randomized clinical trials. Dr. Li has published more than 50 scientific papers to date, including multiple first-author papers in journals such as Nature Medicine, JAMA, European Heart Journal, and JAMA Cardiology. Dr. Li was awarded the EPI Early Career Travel Grant by the American Heart Association and the Top 10 epidemiological and clinical research for cardiovascular disease in China by the China Heart Congress.

    主要从事心血管疾病与衰老相关流行病学研究,重点关注健康生活方式和膳食营养在延缓生物衰老及预防衰老相关慢性疾病中的作用,并结合多组学数据探索其潜在生物学机制。近年来基于Physicians’ Health Study(PHS)、COcoa Supplement and Multivitamin Outcomes Study(COSMOS)和 Vitamin D and OmegA-3 TriaL(VITAL)等大规模一级预防临床试验系统性开展了多项膳食补充剂对生物衰老及长期慢性疾病风险影响的相关研究。目前已发表学术论文五十余篇,其中16篇以第一作者(含共同)发表于 Nature Medicine、JAMA、European Heart Journal、JAMA Cardiology 等期刊。曾获美国心脏协会 EPI Early Career Travel Grant、中国心脏大会2022年度中国心血管病临床和流行病学领域十大研究进展等多项奖励。

    主要从事心血管疾病与衰老相关流行病学研究,重点关注健康生活方式和膳食营养在延缓生物衰老及预防衰老相关慢性疾病中的作用,并结合多组学数据探索其潜在生物学机制。近年来基于Physicians’ Health Study(PHS)、COcoa Supplement and Multivitamin Outcomes Study(COSMOS)和 Vitamin D and OmegA-3 TriaL(VITAL)等大规模一级预防临床试验系统性开展了多项膳食补充剂对生物衰老及长期慢性疾病风险影响的相关研究。目前已发表学术论文五十余篇,其中16篇以第一作者(含共同)发表于 Nature Medicine、JAMA、European Heart Journal、JAMA Cardiology 等期刊。曾获美国心脏协会 EPI Early Career Travel Grant、中国心脏大会2022年度中国心血管病临床和流行病学领域十大研究进展等多项奖励。

    Andrea Maier is Oon Chiew Seng Professor in Medicine, NUS Academy of Healthy Longevity, National University of Singapore and Professor of Gerontology, Human Movement Sciences VU Amsterdam after serving from 2016 to early 2021 as Divisional Director at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia, and as Professor of Medicine and Aged Care at the University of Melbourne, Australia. She graduated in Medicine from the University of Lübeck, Germany, was registered 2009 in The Netherlands as Specialist in Internal Medicine-Geriatrics and was appointed Full Professor of Gerontology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (The Netherlands) in 2013. Andrea B. Maier is an authority in geroscience and precision geromedicine with more than 500 peer reviewed publications (H index 92, i10 index 382). She is invited member and advisor of international academic and health policy committees and funding agencies, including the World Health Organization evaluating the United Nations Decade of Healthy Ageing and Hevolution. She is the past Founding President of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society and serves as selected Member of The Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities, Fellow of the Atria Academy of Science and Medicine, and Board of the Academy for Health and Lifespan Research. In 2023, she co-founded the NUS Academy for Healthy Longevity to conduct, teach and disseminate Geroscience and Precision Geromedicine. To bring highest evidence-based Precision Geromedicine to clinical practice, she founded Chi Longevity - Asias first evidence based Precision Geromedicine clinics – in 2022 and established Maier’s Longevity in 2024 in The Netherlands.

    Andrea Maier现任新加坡国立大学Oon Chiew Seng医学教授、健康长寿学院联合创始人兼主任,同时担任荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学人类运动科学系老年学教授。她曾于2016至2021年担任澳大利亚皇家墨尔本医院分部主任,并任墨尔本大学医学与老年护理教授。她毕业于德国吕贝克大学医学专业,2009年在荷兰注册为内科—老年病学专科医生,并于 2013年被任命为阿姆斯特丹自由大学老年学全职教授。Maier教授是衰老科学(geroscience)和精准老年医学领域的权威,已发表超过500篇同行评审论文(H指数92,i10指数382)。

    她是多个国际学术组织和健康政策委员会及资助机构的特邀成员与顾问,包括世界卫生组织(WHO,负责评估联合国健康老龄化十年项目)和Hevolution基金会。她曾任健康长寿医学学会创始主席,并现为荷兰皇家科学与人文学会成员、Atria科学与医学学院会员,以及健康与寿命研究学会理事会成员。
